New World Saigon Hotel Ho Chi Minh City

We had a fantastic stay at New World Saigon. The spacious and clean rooms were a breath of fresh air, and we were impressed by the attention to detail from the cleaning staff. One particular instance stood out when we went to tip the cleaner, only to find out it was his colleague, who he promptly called to make sure she received the money. Such thoughtfulness is rare and made us feel valued as guests.

The hotel went to great lengths to ensure that any noise or inconvenience was kept out of sight, great to enjoy our time without any disruptions.

The buffet breakfast had a large selection to choose from. The location was convenient, close to attractions and restaurants.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were very courteous and attentive to our needs. They showed sincere concern for our safety when going out and were very helpful in giving directions and assisting with our baggage. The buffet breakfast was great and there were all-day free coffee and drinks available. We particularly enjoyed the free drinks at Chill bar. The room was always clean and prepared fresh each day.

We stayed in a regular suite that was upgraded to an executive suite. The room was spacious and nice, with a good view of the city. The hotel was conveniently located near all restaurants, very near the Ben Thanh market, and walking distance to a restaurant elsewhere. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast selection was excellent.

The noise level outside the hotel, especially at night, was quite high due to the park nearby.

I had the privilege of staying in a former monastery in a historical complex. The rooms were beautifully decorated with pieces of art, and my upgraded room had a spectacular view. The location of the hotel was unbeatable, right in the beautiful garden of Alhambra. It was also convenient for exploring the Albaicín district without dealing with crowded buses. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The Club Residence floors were perfect - extensive and delicious breakfast, outdoor terrace access, generous evening drinks, superb selection of eats, and convenient late checkout. Friendly staff, great location, Saturday pool parties, and wide variety breakfast.

From the moment we arrived, the staff provided outstanding service and ensured all our needs were met. the room had exclusive amenities, the bed was very comfortable, and we enjoyed the premium bathroom items. the pool and bar area were a perfect place to relax and unwind. the entertainment was enjoyable, and we had an outstanding meal at the restaurant. the private facilities were impressive, and the location was convenient. we had an exceptional experience at this hotel.

During my recent stay at New World Saigon, I had the most very nice hotel experience of my life. The rooms were fine and impeccably maintained. The entire hotel was beautifully designed. The staff were pretty good too ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The breakfasts were delicious, offering a wide variety of options. I was even given a VIP suite on the 10th floor for our late evening departure with an lovely experience. The lobby staff was the best I've ever encountered, always attentive and helpful. The security measures were excellent, providing peace of mind throughout our stay. I can confidently say that the next time I visit Ho Chi Minh City, I will not consider staying anywhere else. I highly recommend New World Saigon for an really good hotel experience.

The hotel is nicely designed and spacious, with a great location in the heart of the city. It's within walking distance to key attractions like the market and shopping areas. The hotel bar provides a lively atmosphere with live music in the evenings, offering a pleasant experience.

One aspect that could be improved is the bathroom setup. The combination of a bath and shower can be dangerous, as both my wife and I slipped a few times.

Located on Level 10, check-in and check-out were smooth and peaceful. Exceptional staff, including Aiden, Chloe, Thuy, and Trung. Walking distance to attractions like Ben Thanh Market and Saigon Square. The hotel bar features live music in the evenings. Extensive breakfast options and generous evening drinks on the Club Residence floors. Late checkout is convenient for evening flights.

We stayed at this hotel for a quick stop in the center of District 1. The location was perfect, with many good restaurants within walking distance, so we didn't have to go out elsewhere. The room was comfortable, with a spacious bathroom and great service from the friendly staff. The breakfast was impressive, with a wide variety of delicious options. We also enjoyed the pool and the views from the outdoor terrace.

The rooms seemed a little outdated and could use some renovations.

The modern and well-equipped rooms were impeccable, and the luxurious amenities met all our needs.
